PRE EXHIBITION
-INFO DISSEMINATION
- Top 50 schools of the city will be invited to participate in the science exhibition
- A session of 45 minutes will be conducted in each city inviting the students which will give them details of the exhibition . The session will be taken by A renowned speaker from the field of engineering.
- Students will be presented with a problem statement / topic on which students
will have to work upon and share their ideas. - Each student will submit concept/ idea note they want to present in the exhibition that encourages sustainable engineering and solves the problem statement.
- Shortlisted ideas will be given opportunity to participate in exhibition.
PRE EXHIBITION - SHORTLISTING
- The students will be submitting their work on a dedicated website created for the event
- Based on the Novelty , Practicality and Uniqueness of idea, the jury will be selecting the
model to be displayed in the exhibition - The jury will be selected from the reputed engineering institutes of the city
having a similar stature of IIT’s & NIT’s and officials from education industry and
engineering driven institutions - To motivate the students and give them right direction about the concept
of the exhibition, Edit series will be carried throughout the pre exhibition phase
